Thanks for writing in, it's great to hear from you. You've done the right thing -- reaching out for help! You need connection with others so you don't feel so lonely. I don't know if you're depressed, or if you're just homesick and adjusting to a new culture, new language, new people, and new marriage. That's ALOT of new adjustments at once. To cope with all those changes, I'd strongly suggest finding people you can talk to. Many people speak English in Denmark, and there might even be communities of Filipino people who speak I moved to Kenya, Africa for 3 years and it took me a good 2 years to really settle in! It's hard living in a new country, especially if you don't connect with people. Basically, you need friends. Go to the tourist centre and how you can find people to spend time with. Take classes, in Danish or German or English. The more you make your city or town your home, the happier you'll be. Good luck Celyn........write in again, let me know how you are! Laurie
