Thanks for posting about your dream, Kawaii Eggs. It sounded really scary -- it's good to write about it. I hope your thoughts and emotions have calmed down since then.

Your dream and reaction afterwards may have been part of your body's reaction to not taking your antidepressants. Sometimes our bodies and minds are intricately connected, and our hormones totally affect both our sleep and wake times.

Or, it could have been a reaction to what's happening in your life. It sounds like you have a supportive dad, which helps alot!

I don't know if anyone can tell you why you had that dream and the panic attack, unless they're a trained doctor or counselor. It sounds like you're dealing with alot of stuff -- could you talk to the doctor who prescribed your antidepressants? Maybe he or she could change the dosage or find another way to help you.
