In response to I've Heard Some Strange Things posted by pink101:

I know -- we definitely do wierd things in our sleep. I blogged about my recent nightmare http://psychology.suite101.com/blog.cfm/... .

And then last night I dreamed my sister and I were stopped by the cops. I had broken some sort of truck bylaw (?? dreams aren't exactly sensical) and was describing how a big dump truck, not the car we were driving, was caught on the road. The road was sticking straight up into the air. Like a drawbridge goes up and down, you know? So the truck's front wheels got caught when the road was going up and the truck was hanging from it up in the air, and I had to talk about it with the cop.

Anyway, my sister had killed someone (in my dream of course) and cut him up and put all his parts in a black plastic bag. The cop asked me about that bag, and I deflected to her -- it's her bag and I knew it wasn't full of presents. So the cop made me look in the bag, and I had an emotional meltdown. My sister was cold and unreadable.

This dream didn't have me out walking or driving around -- or eating chocolate cookies in bed! But it was creepy nonetheless.

People really do sleep-eat. What other crazy things to we do in our dreams?
