To recap: The thread had started as far as I believed to get to ideals of more concern to you...that others didn't seem as concerned about. You stated you wanted reasoned answers to honest questions. (On reflection, this was a one-sided aim eg my reasoned questions weren't part of the package) But I believed you.

I'm fair dinkum and able to apply deep thought. I thought we could give it a fairer go than what happens in the other area.

Your intro of the concept of mind **** or mind games or bullshit by another name...and Laurie's intro of 'bunny trails' (as I understand each term) corrupted the discussion for me. This at a time when I had trouble following you.

Remember? You had attributed to me comments YOU had made. Sometimes people play silly buggers with me...yank my chain. I take it in good faith until it's too obvious.

"Maybe if you restate your question in full..."
I've been a sucker for that technique before, Pink. I call it zero based management.

Tis a hard slog to get here, Pink. It's a day plus wait for any response for a start AND a very cantankerous computer AND a very problematic dial-up to the internet. I'd like to think my trip to anywhere within Mind & Soul is value-added but to coin a phrase: "I aint mad at youz."

When you and Laurie express problems following my reasoning which I have repeated, tis a worry for expecting to understand future discussions. But then, maybe I have no insight into my stupidity. Nah...I'm a dag, I know MY relative lack of sense. ABC happy happy
