I like video and computer games myself, so I appreciate this article.

And...they CAN actually help with family time. My wife and kids love to play Lego Star Wars for instance. I'm not very good at it. happy

Never heard of Lego star wars! Are video games the same as watching movies together? I don't find movies very interactive, but do find X-Box more so. A little.
