Ahhhh Melissa

I empathize with you. I felt like you did, and then my doctor actually told me that I was dying. That was six years ago, and although I struggle every day with chronic pain, anxiety and depression, I am indeed more alive today than ever before.(my prognosis has been changed)

I would like to share a gift with you. Have you ever heard the John Denver song, Rhymes and Reasons? Look up the lyrics at the very least, but if you are fortunate enough to download it or own it, the effect is very cathartic, ever shed tears of joy????

I pray that everyone can find the peace I have found in myself this holiday season. Don't stop looking for your answers. My mother actually held me and told me she loved me for the first time in my 45 years of existence, so you see miracles do truly happen if you work hard enough and never give up or give in.

If anyone would like more info on coping skills esp. pertaining to spiritual health, I would love to chat with anyone who needs a friend in Spirit right now. I send all a great big hug and unlimited unconditional love and joy during this difficult season,especially for those of us that are suffering.
