I have NEVER had these feelings before! Not even in my worst days in the past!I have told my fiance, family, and friends, but my fiance starts crying because he does not want me to die, he thinks I might be on to something, like I know, my mom starts crying for the same reason and my friends just tell me hang in there. I went to see this panic attack "specialist" lady at kaiser and that did me no good, she said that they offer group sessions to work on phobias but has nothing to help me work through my fear and feeling of death! I don't know what to do anymore!
