I cant believe this, ive been searching the internet to find help with my obsessive thoughts of dying, and now i see there are others like me. I never thought about it before, them my mom died and i found her, it was horrifying and ever since then all i think about is seeing someone die and going through what i went through it all over again. If someone starts coughing i think they are going to drop dead, i put my hand on my husbands chest to see if he's breathing,i see a heavy person and i think there going to have a heart attack in front of me, my kids are sick i think the're going to die, it's all i do. Seeing someone dead is terrifying especially someone you care about and i know that its inevitable that someone in my life is going to die someday and im terrified.Does anyone have any advice on how to get over these fears and obsessive thoughts that someone is going to drop dead in front of me.I live in fear whenever someone around me makes any strange sound or movement, i think oh no there going to die.I get a knot in my stomache, the blood drains from my face,i shake and feel like fainting and all usually for nothing.counciling cost to much so where else can i find advice.
