Afraid Of Dying

I am on a stress leave from work right now (not because of my fear of dying) but it seams to it's worse now. I am terrified of dying or someone close to me. If we are in a car, if my parents are on a trip, my brother travels all the time, and my wonderfull son & husband. This hants me almost everyday and I am sick of it. Can someone give me some advice? I really need it!
