This is my latest, greatest idea....
In pursuing my dream of being a published writer of informative, inspirational books that are fun to read too, I've created my 3rd book idea: See Jane Soar! 366 Women Who Weren't Well-Behaved: They Followed Their Hearts & the Rest is History. Hmmm.....Maybe it should read Followed Their Passions?
It's all about figuring out who you are and being yourself with all your might.
Anyway, I've emailed query letters to a few publishers, and will send it out to several more --- just to see if anyone's interested in reviewed a complete book proposal with sample chapters. I'm a little discouraged by an article I myself wrote about the difficulty of getting published without a platform, but....I'm giving it the old college try, anyway!
Unfortunately the old college try involved mistakenly addressing one publisher as Mary instead of Mark. Oops. Here comes an immediate rejection from HarperCollins! Ah well, they're way out of my league anyway.
Any publishers out there interested in learning more about this amazing book that'll be a bestselling series?? Email me quickly, before it gets snapped up :-)
