Creatively taking quantum leaps of consciousness, using emotional energy well, and imagining future outcomes in the "now" are powerful strategies to sweeten life.

The human unconscious really isn't - unconscious, that is. The unconscious mind is actually aware all the time, even when the conscious mind is asleep, and holds powerful tools for clearing the way through life's problems and confusions.

Allow Quantum Consciousness to Do its Work

The unconscious is only "unconscious" to the perception of the conscious mind. The unconscious mind is exquisitely attuned to much more information from the the inner and outer worlds than the conscious mind, and thus can successfully process many more solutions to life problems. But there is a recipe for making these solutions available and actualized.

Since this is a quantum universe, all possibilities exist as quantum waves until a sentient being "sees" a possibility and thus automatically collapses it into atomic particles, and into reality. And since the unconscious is not conditioned and habituated to perceiving only a very limited, often negative, number of possibilities as the conscious mind is, it is more open, more wide-ranging and more creative in constructing a resolution to a problem.

The unconscious is also the door to the immense quantum consciousness that is the ground of all being. The unconscious mind beckons its owner to take the much-touted quantum leap; however, the owner must be open to the call and to understanding its message.

Coherent, Pleasant Emotion Opens the Door to the Creative Unconscious

The Institute of Heartmath has shown that feeling good - happy, enthusiastic, blissful, content - creates coherent and entrained brain/heart waves, which frees the unconscious to imagine and download good and great outcomes.

Humans can create these emotions at any time through the practice of meditation and simple structured visualizations (the software) that lead the brain and the heart (the hardware) into entrainment and joy.

When joy is achieved, the unconscious and the conscious hook up on the same brainwave, and work more easily and powerfully together.

Imagination - Coming from the Desired Outcome

The unconscious speaks through the body and emotions, through daydreaming and nocturnal dreaming, through art and imagination.

The most powerful tool for solving a personal conundrum is to entrain the heart and mind - to become peaceful and calm - and to imagine the highly desired outcome of a particular situation with great specificity and detail as if it were happening right now in the present - coming from (not toward) the desired outcome, as if it had already happened. What is seen, heard, felt, tasted, touched and smelled in the best of all worlds? What emotion is felt right now? Who is around, in what setting, and what are they saying? What clothes are being worn, and what is the scent in the air?

The imagination opens the door to the creative unconscious and clarifies the path to new solutions, as well as putting the body and mind into the optimal state for creating a new reality.
